I am not a big fan of New Year’s Resolutions. I think that they set us up with unrealistic expectations. I also believe that every day is a day for a resolution and a revolution! You can’t do anything about yesterday, and you can’t do anything about tomorrow. When you are trying to make healthy changes of any kind, slow and steady wins the race. I always encourage my clients to set smaller, more realistic goals. Consistency is much more important than taking a huge step, which often results in a huge fall. So make healthy changes one bite at a time, one step at a time, one day at a time. For a lifetime revolution!
